Ingredients

• 2 ozCoconut Rum
• 1 ozMidori
• 4 ozPineapple Juice
• ½ ozBlue Curaçao (float)
• GarnishPineapple Wedge & Maraschino Cherry

How to make a Alien Breeze

1. Add 2 oz Coconut Rum, 1 oz Midori, 4 oz Pineapple Juice to a cocktail shaker.
2. Fill the shaker with ice and shake hard for 10–12 seconds, until the tin is frosted and well chilled.
3. Double-strain into a highball glass filled with fresh ice.
4. Float ½ oz Blue Curaçao over the top.
5. Garnish with pineapple wedge & maraschino cherry.
