Bushwacker

A blended cocktail made with Dark Rum, Coconut Rum, Coffee Liqueur, served in a hurricane or poco grande glass.

• Rum

Ingredients

• 1 ozDark Rum
• 1 ozCoconut Rum
• 1 ozCoffee Liqueur (Kahlúa)
• 1 ozAmaretto
• 2 ozHalf-and-Half
• GarnishSplash Chocolate Syrup — blended with ice

How to make a Bushwacker

1. Add 1 oz Dark Rum, 1 oz Coconut Rum, 1 oz Coffee Liqueur (Kahlúa), 1 oz Amaretto, 2 oz Half-and-Half to a blender along with about a cup of crushed ice.
2. Blend on high until completely smooth, with no ice shards left.
3. Pour into a hurricane or poco grande glass.
4. Garnish with splash chocolate syrup — blended with ice.
