Bloody Caesar

A rolled cocktail made with Vodka, Clamato Juice, Worcestershire, served in a highball glass.

Ingredients

• 2 ozVodka
• 4 ozClamato Juice
• 2 dashesWorcestershire
• 2 dashesTabasco
• GarnishCelery Salt Rim

How to make a Bloody Caesar

1. Add 2 oz Vodka, 4 oz Clamato Juice, 2 dashes Worcestershire, 2 dashes Tabasco to a shaker tin with ice.
2. Pour the drink from one tin to the other in a long, slow stream, four or five times, until it is mixed and chilled without being aerated.
3. Strain into a highball glass filled with fresh ice.
4. Garnish with celery salt rim.
