Bull Shot

A shaken cocktail made with Vodka, Chilled Beef Consommé, Fresh Lemon Juice, served in a highball glass.

Ingredients

• 2 ozVodka
• 4 ozChilled Beef Consommé
• ½ ozFresh Lemon Juice
• 3 dashesWorcestershire Sauce
• 2 dashesHot Sauce
• GarnishCelery salt

How to make a Bull Shot

1. Add 2 oz Vodka, 4 oz Chilled Beef Consommé, ½ oz Fresh Lemon Juice, 3 dashes Worcestershire Sauce, 2 dashes Hot Sauce to a cocktail shaker.
2. Fill the shaker with ice and shake hard for 10–12 seconds, until the tin is frosted and well chilled.
3. Double-strain into a highball glass.
4. Garnish with celery salt.
