1Lime (cut into wedges)

How to make a Caipiroska
Add 2 tsp Sugar to a rocks glass, then 1 Lime (cut into wedges), and muddle firmly, until the sugar has dissolved and the fruit has given up its juice and oils.
Fill with crushed ice and add 2 oz Vodka.
Stir vigorously for 15–20 seconds, until the outside of the vessel frosts. Pack with more crushed ice, mounding it over the top.
