Ingredients

• 1 ozMezcal
• ¾ ozAperol
• ½ ozMaraschino Liqueur
• ¾ ozFresh Lime Juice
• GarnishGrapefruit peel

How to make a Division Bell

1. Add 1 oz Mezcal, ¾ oz Aperol, ½ oz Maraschino Liqueur, ¾ oz Fresh Lime Juice to a cocktail shaker.
2. Fill the shaker with ice and shake hard for 10–12 seconds, until the tin is frosted and well chilled.
3. Double-strain into a coupe glass.
4. Garnish with grapefruit peel.
