Mezcal Mule

A shaken cocktail made with Mezcal, Fresh Lime Juice, Passion Fruit Syrup, served in a highball (collins) glass.

Ingredients

• 1½ ozMezcal
• ½ ozFresh Lime Juice
• ½ ozPassion Fruit Syrup
• 4 ozGinger Beer
• GarnishLime Wheel

How to make a Mezcal Mule

1. Add 1½ oz Mezcal, ½ oz Fresh Lime Juice, ½ oz Passion Fruit Syrup to a cocktail shaker.
2. Fill the shaker with ice and shake hard for 10–12 seconds, until the tin is frosted and well chilled.
3. Double-strain into a highball (collins) glass filled with fresh ice.
4. Top with 4 oz Ginger Beer.
5. Garnish with lime wheel.
