Jungle Bird (Mezcal)

A shaken cocktail made with Mezcal, Campari, Fresh Lime Juice, served in a rocks or tiki glass.

Ingredients

• 1½ ozMezcal
• ¾ ozCampari
• ½ ozFresh Lime Juice
• ½ ozAgave Nectar
• 1½ ozPineapple Juice
• GarnishPineapple Wedge

How to make a Jungle Bird (Mezcal)

1. Add 1½ oz Mezcal, ¾ oz Campari, ½ oz Fresh Lime Juice, ½ oz Agave Nectar, 1½ oz Pineapple Juice to a cocktail shaker.
2. Fill the shaker with ice and shake hard for 10–12 seconds, until the tin is frosted and well chilled.
3. Double-strain into a rocks or tiki glass packed with crushed ice.
4. Garnish with pineapple wedge.
