Jungle Bird (Mezcal)

Ingredients

• 1½ ozMezcal
• ¾ ozCampari
• 1½ ozPineapple Juice
• ½ ozFresh Lime Juice
• ½ ozAgave Nectar

How to make a Jungle Bird (Mezcal)

1. Add 1½ oz Mezcal, ¾ oz Campari, 1½ oz Pineapple Juice, ½ oz Fresh Lime Juice, ½ oz Agave Nectar to a cocktail shaker.
2. Fill the shaker with ice and shake hard for 10–12 seconds, until the tin is frosted and well chilled.
3. Double-strain into a rocks or tiki glass.
