Ingredients

• 1 ozMezcal
• ½ ozOverproof White Rum
• ½ ozFalernum
• 1 BarspoonMaraschino Liqueur
• ¾ ozFresh Lime Juice
• ½ ozSimple Syrup
• GarnishFew Drops Egg White (optional)
• GarnishNo garnish

How to make a Illegal

1. Add 1 oz Mezcal, ½ oz Overproof White Rum, ½ oz Falernum, 1 Barspoon Maraschino Liqueur, ¾ oz Fresh Lime Juice, ½ oz Simple Syrup to a cocktail shaker.
2. Dry-shake without ice for about 10 seconds to emulsify the egg white and build foam.
3. Fill the shaker with ice and shake hard for 10–12 seconds, until the tin is frosted and well chilled.
4. Double-strain into a chilled coupe glass.
5. Serve without garnish.
