• 1¾ ozGin
• ¾ ozSweet Vermouth
• 1 dashOrange Bitters
• GarnishLemon Twist

How to make a Gin & It

1. Add 1¾ oz Gin, ¾ oz Sweet Vermouth, 1 dash Orange Bitters to a mixing glass.
2. Fill with ice and stir for 20–30 seconds, until well chilled and properly diluted.
3. Strain into a chilled coupe glass.
4. Garnish with lemon twist.
