Ingredients

• 3 ozProsecco
• 1 ozSt. Germain
• 1 ozSoda Water
• GarnishFresh Mint
• GarnishLime slice

How to make a Hugo Spritz

1. Fill a wine glass with fresh ice.
2. Add 3 oz Prosecco, 1 oz St. Germain, 1 oz Soda Water directly to the glass, in order.
3. Stir gently once or twice to combine without knocking out the carbonation.
4. Garnish with fresh mint, lime slice.
