• 2 ozFresh Strawberry Purée
• 4 ozProsecco
• GarnishStrawberry

How to make a Rossini

1. Add 2 oz Fresh Strawberry Purée, 4 oz Prosecco directly to a champagne flute, in order.
2. Stir gently once or twice to combine without knocking out the carbonation.
3. Garnish with strawberry.
