Ingredients

• 2 ozFresh Strawberry Purée
• 4 ozProsecco

How to make a Rossini

1. Add 2 oz Fresh Strawberry Purée, 4 oz Prosecco to a cocktail shaker.
2. Fill the shaker with ice and shake hard for 10–12 seconds, until the tin is frosted and well chilled.
3. Double-strain into a champagne flute.
