Mojito (Dark Rum)

A built cocktail made with Aged Rum, Fresh Lime Juice, Simple Syrup, served in a highball glass.

Ingredients

How to make a Mojito (Dark Rum)

  1. Add ¾ oz Simple Syrup to a highball glass, then 6-8 Mint Leaves, and muddle gently — enough to release the oils from the mint and dissolve the sugar, not enough to shred the leaves.
  2. Fill with crushed ice and add 2 oz Aged Rum, 1 oz Fresh Lime Juice, Soda Water (top).
  3. Stir gently from the bottom up to lift the mint, without knocking out the carbonation. Top with more crushed ice.
  4. Garnish with mint sprig & lime slice.
