Ingredients

• 1½ ozAged Rum
• 1½ ozSweet Vermouth
• 2 dashesOrange Bitters

How to make a Palmetto

1. Add 1½ oz Aged Rum, 1½ oz Sweet Vermouth, 2 dashes Orange Bitters to a mixing glass.
2. Fill with ice and stir for 20–30 seconds, until well chilled and properly diluted.
3. Strain into a coupe glass.
