Planter's Punch

A built cocktail made with Dark Rum, Fresh Lime Juice, Simple Syrup, served in a highball glass.

• Over Crushed Ice
• Rum

Ingredients

• 2 ozDark Rum
• 1 ozFresh Lime Juice
• 1 ozSimple Syrup
• 2 dashesAngostura
• TopSoda Water
• GarnishMint Sprig

How to make a Planter's Punch

1. Fill a highball glass with crushed ice.
2. Add 2 oz Dark Rum, 1 oz Fresh Lime Juice, 1 oz Simple Syrup, 2 dashes Angostura, Soda Water (top) directly to the glass, in order.
3. Stir gently, without knocking out the carbonation. Top with more crushed ice.
4. Garnish with mint sprig.
