Planter's Punch

A built cocktail made with Dark Rum, Fresh Lime Juice, Simple Syrup, served in a highball glass.

Ingredients

• 2 ozDark Rum
• 1 ozFresh Lime Juice
• 1 ozSimple Syrup
• 2 dashesAngostura
• GarnishSoda Water (top)

How to make a Planter's Punch

1. Fill a highball glass with fresh ice.
2. Add 2 oz Dark Rum, 1 oz Fresh Lime Juice, 1 oz Simple Syrup, 2 dashes Angostura directly to the glass, in order.
3. Stir gently once or twice to combine without knocking out the carbonation.
4. Garnish with soda water (top).
