Rum Runner

A shaken cocktail made with Dark Rum, Banana Liqueur, Blackberry Liqueur, served in a hurricane or poco grande glass.

• Over Crushed Ice
• Rum

Ingredients

• 1 ozDark Rum
• ½ ozBanana Liqueur
• ½ ozBlackberry Liqueur
• ½ ozOverproof Rum
• ½ ozFresh Lime Juice
• ¼ ozGrenadine
• 1 ozPineapple Juice
• GarnishOrange Slice & Maraschino Cherry

How to make a Rum Runner

1. Add 1 oz Dark Rum, ½ oz Banana Liqueur, ½ oz Blackberry Liqueur, ½ oz Overproof Rum, ½ oz Fresh Lime Juice, ¼ oz Grenadine, 1 oz Pineapple Juice to a cocktail shaker.
2. Fill the shaker with ice and shake hard for 10–12 seconds, until the tin is frosted and well chilled.
3. Double-strain into a hurricane or poco grande glass packed with crushed ice.
4. Garnish with orange slice & maraschino cherry.
