Three Dots and a Dash

Ingredients

• 1½ ozAged Rum
• ½ ozAgricole Rum
• ½ ozFalernum
• ¼ ozAllspice Dram
• ½ ozFresh Lime Juice
• ½ ozHoney Syrup
• 1 dashAngostura
• GarnishMaraschino Cherry & Pineapple Frond

How to make a Three Dots and a Dash

1. Add 1½ oz Aged Rum, ½ oz Agricole Rum, ½ oz Falernum, ¼ oz Allspice Dram, ½ oz Fresh Lime Juice, ½ oz Honey Syrup, 1 dash Angostura to a cocktail shaker.
2. Fill the shaker with ice and shake hard for 10–12 seconds, until the tin is frosted and well chilled.
3. Double-strain into a tiki glass packed with crushed ice.
4. Garnish with maraschino cherry & pineapple frond.
