Treacle

A built cocktail made with Aged Rum, Rich Demerara Syrup, Angostura Bitters, served in a rocks glass.

Ingredients

• 2 ozAged Rum
• 1 tspRich Demerara Syrup
• 2 dashesAngostura Bitters
• ½ ozApple Juice (float)
• GarnishOrange Peel

How to make a Treacle

1. Fill a rocks glass with fresh ice.
2. Add 2 oz Aged Rum, 1 tsp Rich Demerara Syrup, 2 dashes Angostura Bitters directly to the glass, in order.
3. Stir for 20–30 seconds, until well chilled and properly diluted.
4. Float ½ oz Apple Juice over the top.
5. Garnish with orange peel.
