Ingredients

• 2 ozAged Rum
• 1 tspRich Demerara Syrup
• 2 dashesAngostura Bitters
• ½ ozApple Juice (float)

How to make a Treacle

1. Add 2 oz Aged Rum, 1 tsp Rich Demerara Syrup, 2 dashes Angostura Bitters, ½ oz Apple Juice (float) to a mixing glass.
2. Fill with ice and stir for 20–30 seconds, until well chilled and properly diluted.
3. Strain into a rocks glass.
