Test Pilot

A blended cocktail made with Jamaican Rum, Blended Aged Rum, Falernum, served in a rocks or tiki glass.

Ingredients

• 1½ ozJamaican Rum
• ¾ ozBlended Aged Rum
• ½ ozFalernum
• ½ ozOrange Curaçao
• ¾ ozFresh Lime Juice
• 1 dashAngostura Bitters
• 6 dropsAbsinthe

How to make a Test Pilot

1. Add 1½ oz Jamaican Rum, ¾ oz Blended Aged Rum, ½ oz Falernum, ½ oz Orange Curaçao, ¾ oz Fresh Lime Juice, 1 dash Angostura Bitters, 6 drops Absinthe to a blender along with about a cup of crushed ice.
2. Blend on high until completely smooth, with no ice shards left.
3. Pour into a rocks or tiki glass.
