Ingredients

• 1 ozOverproof Rum (flamed)
• ½ ozTriple Sec
• ½ ozCoffee Liqueur
• 4 ozHot Coffee
• GarnishWhipped cream
• GarnishSugar rim

How to make a Spanish Coffee

1. Add 1 oz Overproof Rum (flamed), ½ oz Triple Sec, ½ oz Coffee Liqueur, 4 oz Hot Coffee to a mixing glass.
2. Fill with ice and stir for 20–30 seconds, until well chilled and properly diluted.
3. Strain into a irish coffee mug.
4. Garnish with whipped cream, sugar rim.
