Ingredients

• ¾ ozDark Rum
• ¾ ozAperol
• ¾ ozAmaro Nonino
• ¾ ozFresh Lemon Juice

How to make a Paper Plane (Rum)

1. Add ¾ oz Dark Rum, ¾ oz Aperol, ¾ oz Amaro Nonino, ¾ oz Fresh Lemon Juice to a cocktail shaker.
2. Fill the shaker with ice and shake hard for 10–12 seconds, until the tin is frosted and well chilled.
3. Double-strain into a coupe glass.
