Old Cuban

A shaken cocktail made with Aged Rum, Fresh Lime Juice, Simple Syrup, served in a coupe glass.

Ingredients

How to make a Old Cuban

  1. Add 1½ oz Aged Rum, ¾ oz Fresh Lime Juice, ¾ oz Simple Syrup, 6 Mint Leaves, 2 dashes Angostura Bitters, 2 oz Champagne (float) to a cocktail shaker.
  2. Fill the shaker with ice and shake hard for 10–12 seconds, until the tin is frosted and well chilled.
  3. Double-strain into a coupe glass.
