Ingredients

• 2 ozDry Vermouth
• ¾ ozCrème de Cassis
• 3 ozSoda Water
• GarnishLemon twist

How to make a Vermouth Cassis

1. Fill a highball glass with fresh ice.
2. Add 2 oz Dry Vermouth, ¾ oz Crème de Cassis, 3 oz Soda Water directly to the glass, in order.
3. Stir gently once or twice to combine without knocking out the carbonation.
4. Garnish with lemon twist.
