How to make a Gimlet (Classic)

1. Add 2 oz Gin, 1 oz Rose's Lime Cordial to a mixing glass.
2. Fill with ice and stir for 20–30 seconds, until well chilled and properly diluted.
3. Strain into a coupe glass.
