Jungle Bird

A shaken cocktail made with Dark Rum, Campari, Pineapple Juice, served in a rocks or tiki glass.

Ingredients

• 1½ ozDark Rum
• ¾ ozCampari
• 1½ ozPineapple Juice
• ½ ozFresh Lime Juice
• ½ ozSimple Syrup

How to make a Jungle Bird

1. Add 1½ oz Dark Rum, ¾ oz Campari, 1½ oz Pineapple Juice, ½ oz Fresh Lime Juice, ½ oz Simple Syrup to a cocktail shaker.
2. Fill the shaker with ice and shake hard for 10–12 seconds, until the tin is frosted and well chilled.
3. Double-strain into a rocks or tiki glass.
