• 1 ozJamaican Rum
• 1 ozCampari
• 1 ozSweet Vermouth
• GarnishOrange peel

How to make a Kingston Negroni

1. Add 1 oz Jamaican Rum, 1 oz Campari, 1 oz Sweet Vermouth to a mixing glass.
2. Fill with ice and stir for 20–30 seconds, until well chilled and properly diluted.
3. Strain into a rocks glass.
4. Garnish with orange peel.
