Kir Royale

Ingredients

• ½ ozCrème de Cassis
• 4 ozChampagne

How to make a Kir Royale

1. Add ½ oz Crème de Cassis, 4 oz Champagne to a mixing glass.
2. Fill with ice and stir for 20–30 seconds, until well chilled and properly diluted.
3. Strain into a champagne flute.
