Ingredients

• 1½ ozAmaretto
• ¾ ozBourbon
• 1 ozFresh Lemon Juice
• ½ ozSimple Syrup
• ½ ozEgg White

How to make a Amaretto Sour

1. Add 1½ oz Amaretto, ¾ oz Bourbon, 1 oz Fresh Lemon Juice, ½ oz Simple Syrup, ½ oz Egg White to a cocktail shaker.
2. Dry-shake without ice for about 10 seconds to emulsify the egg white and build foam.
3. Fill the shaker with ice and shake hard for 10–12 seconds, until the tin is frosted and well chilled.
4. Double-strain into a rocks glass.
