• 1 ozGreen Crème de Menthe
• 1 ozWhite Crème de Cacao
• 1 ozHeavy Cream
• GarnishMint Sprig

How to make a Grasshopper

1. Add 1 oz Green Crème de Menthe, 1 oz White Crème de Cacao, 1 oz Heavy Cream to a cocktail shaker.
2. Fill the shaker with ice and shake hard for 10–12 seconds, until the tin is frosted and well chilled.
3. Double-strain into a chilled coupe glass.
4. Garnish with mint sprig.
