Ingredients

• 1 ozAquavit
• 1 ozCynar
• 1 ozDry Sherry
• 2 dashesPeach Bitters

How to make a Trident

1. Add 1 oz Aquavit, 1 oz Cynar, 1 oz Dry Sherry, 2 dashes Peach Bitters to a mixing glass.
2. Fill with ice and stir for 20–30 seconds, until well chilled and properly diluted.
3. Strain into a coupe or nick & nora glass.
