• 1 ozGin
• 1 ozApplejack or Calvados
• ½ ozGrenadine
• 2 dashesAbsinthe
• GarnishBrandied Cherry

How to make a Dempsey

1. Add 1 oz Gin, 1 oz Applejack or Calvados, ½ oz Grenadine, 2 dashes Absinthe to a mixing glass.
2. Fill with ice and stir for 20–30 seconds, until well chilled and properly diluted.
3. Strain into a chilled coupe glass.
4. Garnish with brandied cherry.
