Ingredients

• 2 ozGin
• 1 ozFresh Lemon Juice
• ¾ ozSimple Syrup
• 2 dashesAngostura Bitters

How to make a Fitzgerald

1. Add 2 oz Gin, 1 oz Fresh Lemon Juice, ¾ oz Simple Syrup, 2 dashes Angostura Bitters to a cocktail shaker.
2. Fill the shaker with ice and shake hard for 10–12 seconds, until the tin is frosted and well chilled.
3. Double-strain into a rocks glass.
