Fluffy Duck

A shaken cocktail made with Gin, Advocaat, Triple Sec, served in a highball (collins) glass.

Ingredients

• 1 ozGin
• 1 ozAdvocaat
• ⅔ ozTriple Sec
• ⅔ ozOrange Juice
• 1 ozSoda Water
• GarnishOrange Slice

How to make a Fluffy Duck

1. Add 1 oz Gin, 1 oz Advocaat, ⅔ oz Triple Sec, ⅔ oz Orange Juice to a cocktail shaker.
2. Fill the shaker with ice and shake hard for 10–12 seconds, until the tin is frosted and well chilled.
3. Double-strain into a highball (collins) glass filled with fresh ice.
4. Top with 1 oz Soda Water.
5. Garnish with orange slice.
