• 2½ ozGin
• ½ ozDry Vermouth

How to make a Gibson

1. Add 2½ oz Gin, ½ oz Dry Vermouth to a mixing glass.
2. Fill with ice and stir for 20–30 seconds, until well chilled and properly diluted.
3. Strain into a martini or coupe.
4. Garnish with cocktail onion.
