• 2 ozGin
• ¾ ozFresh Lime Juice
• ¾ ozSimple Syrup

How to make a Gimlet

1. Add 2 oz Gin, ¾ oz Fresh Lime Juice, ¾ oz Simple Syrup to a cocktail shaker.
2. Fill the shaker with ice and shake hard for 10–12 seconds, until the tin is frosted and well chilled.
3. Double-strain into a coupe glass.
