A stirred cocktail made with Gin or Vodka, Dry Vermouth, Olive Brine, served in a martini or coupe.

Ingredients

• 2½ ozGin or Vodka
• ½ ozDry Vermouth
• ½ ozOlive Brine
• GarnishOlives

How to make a Dirty Martini

1. Add 2½ oz Gin or Vodka, ½ oz Dry Vermouth, ½ oz Olive Brine to a mixing glass.
2. Fill with ice and stir for 20–30 seconds, until well chilled and properly diluted.
3. Strain into a martini or coupe.
4. Garnish with olives.
