Pisco Sour (Peruvian)

A shaken cocktail made with Pisco, Fresh Lime Juice, Simple Syrup, served in a coupe or rocks glass.

How to make a Pisco Sour (Peruvian)

  1. Add 3 oz Pisco, 1 oz Fresh Lime Juice, ¾ oz Simple Syrup, 1 Egg White, 2 dashes Amargo Chuncho Bitters to a cocktail shaker.
  2. Dry-shake without ice for about 10 seconds to emulsify the egg white and build foam.
  3. Fill the shaker with ice and shake hard for 10–12 seconds, until the tin is frosted and well chilled.
  4. Double-strain into a coupe or rocks glass.
