Ingredients

• 1¾ ozCognac
• ¼ ozMaraschino Liqueur
• ¼ ozOrange Curaçao
• ½ ozFresh Lemon Juice
• 1 tspSimple Syrup
• 2 dashesAngostura Bitters
• GarnishSugar Rim
• GarnishLemon Peel

How to make a Brandy Crusta

1. Add 1¾ oz Cognac, ¼ oz Maraschino Liqueur, ¼ oz Orange Curaçao, ½ oz Fresh Lemon Juice, 1 tsp Simple Syrup, 2 dashes Angostura Bitters to a cocktail shaker.
2. Fill the shaker with ice and shake hard for 10–12 seconds, until the tin is frosted and well chilled.
3. Double-strain into a chilled coupe glass.
4. Garnish with sugar rim, lemon peel.
