Ingredients

• 2 ozCognac
• ½ ozSimple Syrup
• 1Whole Egg
• GarnishGrated Nutmeg

How to make a Brandy Flip

1. Add 2 oz Cognac, ½ oz Simple Syrup, 1 Whole Egg to a cocktail shaker.
2. Fill the shaker with ice and shake hard for 10–12 seconds, until the tin is frosted and well chilled.
3. Double-strain into a chilled coupe glass.
4. Garnish with grated nutmeg.
