Ingredients

• 2 ozPisco
• 2 dashesAngostura Bitters
• 3½ ozCola
• GarnishLime Wedge

How to make a Piscola

1. Fill a highball (collins) glass with fresh ice.
2. Add 2 oz Pisco, 2 dashes Angostura Bitters, 3½ oz Cola directly to the glass, in order.
3. Stir gently once or twice to combine without knocking out the carbonation.
4. Garnish with lime wedge.
