Ingredients

• 2 ozCognac
• ½ ozWhite Crème de Menthe
• GarnishMint Sprig

How to make a Stinger

1. Add 2 oz Cognac, ½ oz White Crème de Menthe to a mixing glass.
2. Fill with ice and stir for 20–30 seconds, until well chilled and properly diluted.
3. Strain into a chilled coupe or rocks glass.
4. Garnish with mint sprig.
