Ingredients

• 1 ozCognac
• 1 ozWhite Rum
• 1 ozCointreau
• ½ ozFresh Lemon Juice
• GarnishLemon Twist

How to make a Between the Sheets

1. Add 1 oz Cognac, 1 oz White Rum, 1 oz Cointreau, ½ oz Fresh Lemon Juice to a cocktail shaker.
2. Fill the shaker with ice and shake hard for 10–12 seconds, until the tin is frosted and well chilled.
3. Double-strain into a chilled coupe glass.
4. Garnish with lemon twist.
