• 1 ozAperol
• 1 ozSweet Vermouth
• 1 ozProsecco

How to make a Sbagliato (Aperol)

1. Fill a rocks or wine glass with fresh ice.
2. Add 1 oz Aperol, 1 oz Sweet Vermouth, 1 oz Prosecco directly to the glass, in order.
3. Stir gently once or twice to combine without knocking out the carbonation.
