• 3 ozAmontillado Sherry
• 1 ozSimple Syrup
• 3Orange Slices
• GarnishCrushed Ice

How to make a Sherry Cobbler

1. Fill a rocks or wine glass with fresh ice.
2. Add 3 oz Amontillado Sherry, 1 oz Simple Syrup, 3 Orange Slices directly to the glass, in order.
3. Stir gently once or twice to combine without knocking out the carbonation.
4. Garnish with crushed ice.
