• 2 ozWhite Rum
• ½ ozMaraschino Liqueur
• ¾ ozFresh Lime Juice
• ½ ozFresh Grapefruit Juice
• GarnishLime Wheel

How to make a Hemingway Daiquiri

1. Add 2 oz White Rum, ½ oz Maraschino Liqueur, ¾ oz Fresh Lime Juice, ½ oz Fresh Grapefruit Juice to a cocktail shaker.
2. Fill the shaker with ice and shake hard for 10–12 seconds, until the tin is frosted and well chilled.
3. Double-strain into a chilled coupe glass.
4. Garnish with lime wheel.
