Hurricane

A shaken cocktail made with Dark Rum, Light Rum, Passion Fruit Syrup, served in a hurricane or poco grande glass.

• Rum

Ingredients

• 2 ozDark Rum
• 2 ozLight Rum
• 1 ozPassion Fruit Syrup
• ½ ozFresh Lime Juice
• ½ ozFresh Orange Juice
• 1 dashGrenadine

How to make a Hurricane

1. Add 2 oz Dark Rum, 2 oz Light Rum, 1 oz Passion Fruit Syrup, ½ oz Fresh Lime Juice, ½ oz Fresh Orange Juice, 1 dash Grenadine to a cocktail shaker.
2. Fill the shaker with ice and shake hard for 10–12 seconds, until the tin is frosted and well chilled.
3. Double-strain into a hurricane or poco grande glass.
