Jack Rose

A shaken cocktail made with Applejack or Calvados, Fresh Lime Juice, Grenadine, served in a coupe glass.

Ingredients

• 2 ozApplejack or Calvados
• ¾ ozFresh Lime Juice
• ½ ozGrenadine

How to make a Jack Rose

1. Add 2 oz Applejack or Calvados, ¾ oz Fresh Lime Juice, ½ oz Grenadine to a cocktail shaker.
2. Fill the shaker with ice and shake hard for 10–12 seconds, until the tin is frosted and well chilled.
3. Double-strain into a coupe glass.
